Burger King in Stuhr

Stacked crookedly and obviously a bit older. That's not what I know about BK.

As always, the shake machine is broken ... it can't go on like this!

Inside was open for collection. Nothing was going on, we were alone. Our order was freshly prepared, everything was very hot and tasted great on the way. Keep it up and gladly again.

The guests, including me, had to wait half an hour for food. There was no recording of personal details, one had the feeling that the company Burger King is not taking the current situation that seriously. As a company management you have to bite the bullet and deploy 1 to 2 more people in the current time. It works at McDonald's too. Here a separate person receives the guests to take their personal details and every table was cleaned after the meal. Don't give everything with BK ... didn't work at all. The completely overwhelmed employees can only do something for that. A few unpleasant questions urgently need to be asked of the upper floor ...

Ordered a King Box and wanted to pay in cash and with the toilet voucher. Acceptance of the toilet voucher was refused on the grounds that promotional products would not be accepted. An absurdity.

The worst burger ever. Although they should all be the same. Sauce was saved. With the fries with cheese and bacon, the cheese was saved and it was too salty. You should train the staff again.

Our drink is warm and non-carbonated, I asked for a new one and now a warm non-carbonated drink with ice. The burgers weren't fresh either. After a complaint, I received another older burger. Wow

Ok at least there is ample truck parking. And there will always be a place here.

I haven't seen such bad service in a long time. Employees should really change jobs or just quit. Customers are ignored and everything is thundered indiscriminately. It wasn't the first time either

I went to the bathroom while my husband brought us coffee for both of us. First, I had to pay € 0.50, which is outrageous, and got a coupon that I could have redeemed at Burger King or Aral. Unfortunately, when I tried to get the € 0.50 at Burger King, that was not possible. One should redeem the coupon when paying.
